Polytetrafluoroethylene film is divided into polytetrafluoroethylene color film, polytetrafluoroethylene activation film and F46 film.
Polytetrafluoroethylene color film is a kind of directional or non-directional color film of polytetrafluoroethylene, which is made of suspension polytetrafluoroethylene resin and added with a certain amount of colorant, then molded and sintered into blank, and then turned into red, green, blue, yellow, purple, brown, black, orange and white. Polytetrafluoroethylene color film has good electrical insulation after adding a certain amount of colorant and is suitable for insulation and classification of wires, cables and electrical components.
Polytetrafluoroethylene activation film is a kind of film which is made of polytetrafluoroethylene film, filling film and color film, and then treated by surface activation. Pigment, glass fiber, carbon fiber, graphite, bronze powder and other fillers are added into the products, and the properties are further improved after activation treatment. It can be compounded with rubber, metal and other materials, and can also be used to make the special tape, meeting the requirements of the design. Polytetrafluoroethylene (Teflon) turning film is a kind of directional film formed by hot roll rolling of the calender. It has high crystallinity, tight molecular orientation and small void ratio. Therefore, the PTFE film has been greatly improved, especially voltage strength.
